commission terms of service
All payments are taken upfront, in USD through Paypal invoice or Ko-Fi.
If for any reason I am unable to complete the artwork myself, I will issue a full refund. Otherwise there are no refunds.
I reserve the right to refuse for any reason.
Unless there is an agreed upon deadline, commissions may take up to several months to complete. I will maintain communication with progress as I work.
Artwork and pricing are rendered for personal and private use only, and subject to change. Pricing may increase due to complexity or detail of the commission.

usage and rights
As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. This includes but is not limited to: the rights to reproduce, display, copy, or use for self promotion or as samples.
I offer commissions for personal and private use only. Commissioners do not have the rights to reproduce or sell the artwork in any form. This is including but not limited to prints, merchandise, or resell.
Commercial use of personal art commissions is strictly prohibited. If you would like to reach out to me for commercial use commissions, please contact my email. This includes using the art as part of any kind of streamed media - let’s plays, ttrpg actual plays, etc. I can be reached at [email protected] for inquiries.
Usage of my art as NFTs is strictly prohibited. My art may not be in any way minted as NFTs, or in any other way bought or sold with blockchain.
My art can be in no way used in any form of generative AI.
Commissioners are allowed to: use the artwork for personal or private purposes, display the art on social media or as icons/banners therein (with credit), or print it for personal display. Editing of the artwork beyond resizing/cropping is prohibited.
commissioning process
I will require a Paypal address so I can send an invoice or payment rendered through Ko-fi
All payment is upfront, rendered before I begin the art.
I require a reference photo of some kind. Picrews, faceclaims, other art (as long as it is not of an OC belonging to someone else) is all acceptable.
I will allow for 2 revisions max during the sketching stages. Further revisions will incur a fee.
Unless a deadline is agreed upon commissioning times may vary widely, depending on circumstances of my schedule. I will remain in periodic touch with updates as needed.
Final artwork will be png/jpg, 300 dpi, emailed directly.
